Mentorship on UnRetire Connect is all about connecting people who have been there with those who are just getting started again.

  • Looking for a mentor?
    You might be re-entering the job market after years away, or simply looking to switch paths — a mentor can help guide you, review your resume, or just talk things through.
  • Want to be a mentor?
    If you’ve already made the transition, retired from a long career, or just want to support others with your insight, you can become a mentor and make a real difference.

    1. When you sign up as a retiree and create your profile, you can choose the network you want to join.

    2. Once you’ve joined a network, your profile will be visible to companies looking for a mentor!
